为探究不同耕作方式和肥料水平对两种麦田害螨(麦叶爪螨Pentfaleus major和麦岩螨Petrobia latens)种群发生的影响,2019-2020年研究了浅耕(耕深13 cm)和深耕(耕深25cm)下标准施肥(600 kg/hm2)和肥料减施(375 kg/hm2)麦田两种害螨的若虫、成虫和种群发生动态.结果表明:相同肥料和耕作处理中麦叶爪螨发生量都明显高于麦岩螨发生量,麦叶爪螨是麦田主要害螨.与标准肥处理相比,肥料减施显著降低了 2019年浅耕和深耕下麦岩螨若虫发生量,以及2020年深耕麦田麦岩螨种群发生量.另一方面,与浅耕处理相比,深耕显著降低了 2019年标准肥麦田麦岩螨若虫发生量,并显著降低了 2019年和2020年标准肥麦田麦叶爪螨成虫发生量,以及2019年和2020年标准肥麦田麦叶爪螨和麦岩螨种群发生量.可见,肥料减施和深耕处理都可降低麦田麦叶爪螨和麦岩螨种群发生量,有利于实现麦田害螨生态防控.  相似文献

目的观察肠内营养联合微生态制剂对重症胰腺炎患者细菌移位、免疫功能、炎症反应的影响。方法选择我院2017年1月至2019年7月收治的200例重症胰腺炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为A组、B组、C组。A组患者采用肠外营养治疗,B组患者采用肠内营养治疗,C组患者采用肠内营养联合微生态制剂治疗。比较3组患者的治疗效果,治疗后细菌移位情况、细胞免疫功能及炎症因子水平。结果 C组患者总有效率高于A组和B组(χ~2=5.423、9.629,P=0.020、0.002),A组和B组总有效率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.790,P=0.374)。治疗后,C组患者血清内毒素、D-乳酸水平低于A组和B组,同时B组低于A组(均P0.05)。治疗后,C组患者CD3~+细胞、CD4~+细胞、CD4~+/CD8~+水平高于A组和B组,同时B组高于A组(均P0.05)。C组患者CD8~+细胞水平低于A组和B组,同时B组低于A组(均P0.05)。治疗后,C组患者血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平低于A组和B组,同时B组低于A组(均P0.05)。结论肠内营养联合微生态制剂可改善重症胰腺炎患者细菌移位情况和免疫功能,减轻患者炎症因子水平。  相似文献

目的探究阴道加德纳菌(Gardnerella vaginalis)检出率及唾液酸酶A基因携带与细菌性阴道病(BV)的关系。方法选择2017年1月至2019年8月确诊的BV患者82例作为BV组,并随机选择同时期健康女性82例作为健康组,比较2组人群G. vaginalis检出率和唾液酸酶A基因携带情况,相关统计学资料分析其对BV发生的影响。结果BV组人群G. vaginalis阳性检出率高于健康组(χ2=11.511,P<0.05)。BV组人群共检出G. vaginalis 1、2、3、4、5、6和7型,其中2型占比最高;BV组人群G. vaginalis 2、3、4型占比率高于健康组(χ2=4.148,17.009,9.973,均P<0.05)。BV组人群唾液酸酶A基因携带率高于健康组(χ2=39.234,P<0.05)。较健康组人群,BV组PCR DGGE宽度更窄,肠道菌群条带数少(t=9.217,P<0.05)。结论G. vaginalis检出率和唾液酸酶A基因携带情况与BV发生相关,有待成为相关生物学治疗靶点。  相似文献

The genetically modified cotton holding Bt proteins, is noxious to bollworms larvae but very little is known about its impact on population of non-target spiders within the field. Studies conducted with the aim to identify spiders along with their abundance, prevalence pattern, preying habit on insect pests in Bt cotton (L280, Cry2Ab4) and commonness of symbiotic bacteria in these spiders. Spiders collections were made via vial tapping/jarring, from May to end of October (2018). In total, 13,342 spiders were recorded during the entire cropping season. Least relative abundance was in May (0.28%), highest in August (30.39%) while ahead decline was observed, reached to 12% in October. The 27 species were verified, least richness was in May (3 species), high in August (19 species), later in the end, reduced to 7 species. High abundance was of Hylyphantes graminicola (68.56%) and Neoscona theisi (19.98%). Existence of H. graminicola and Pardosa astrigera observed during the whole cropping season. Presence of seven guilds among spiders had a diverse nature of hunting insect pests and on number of species existed in the crop, maximum was from direct hunting habit. Composition and community structure of microbiota varied as of spider species. Proteobacteria was the most abundant bacterial phylum and topmost genus was Wolbachia in observed spiders. Five groups of bacteria distinguished across 4 clusters of spiders depending on core community of symbiotic bacterial genera. This effort is an initial step to get knowhow about spiders in Bt cotton, which will facilitate future research studies concerning spiders.  相似文献

In this study, the phytochemical, phenolic, flavonoid and bioactive compounds were successfully screened from crude extract of Sargassum wightii by LC-MS analysis after NIST interpretation. Bacterial growth inhibition study result was shown with 24 mm zone inhibition at 200 µg/mL concentration against P. aeruginosa. The increased phenolic content was much closed to gallic acid and the range was observed at 250 μg/mL concentration. In addition, flavonoid contents of the algae extract was indicated more significant with rutin at 200 μg/mL. In result, both the phenolic and flavonoid contents of the extract were more correlated with gallic acid and rutin. Further, the total anti-oxidant and DPPH radical scavenging activities were shown increased activity at 200 μg/mL concentrations. Furthermore, the excellent anti-bacterial alteration result was observed at 200 μg/mL concentration by minimum inhibition concentration. Therefore, the result was revealed that the marine algae Sargassum wightii has excellent phytochemical and anti-oxidant activities, and it has improved anti-bacterial activity against P. aeruginosa.  相似文献

为了探讨一年生菌根化油松容器苗的最适苗木供N量和供N速率,采用4种不同指数施肥量进行了试验.通过测定苗木生物量和N含量,显示总供N量为80 mg·株-1的处理组在生物量积累和苗木N含量上显著优于其它各组(P〈0.05);在100 d时,该处理可获得0.47 mg·株-1·d-1的N最适添加速率;在该速率下,苗木生物量、N含量分别可以达到845.60 mg·株-1和6.51 mg·株-1.根据生物量和N含量随着供N量增加的回归拟合结果,在107 d的生长过程中,67.96 mg·株-1至84.15 mg·株-1的供N总量可以使得一年生油松幼苗获得较高的生物量积累水平和N含量.  相似文献

A bacterial cellulose–alginate (BCA) sponge, fabricated by a freeze-drying process, was successfully used as a yeast cell carrier for ethanol fermentation. The BCA sponge exhibited several advantageous properties, such as high porosity, appropriate pore size, strong hydrophilicity and high mechanical, chemical and thermal stabilities. BCA has an asymmetric structure, with a thin, dense outer layer covering an interior of interconnected macropores that are distributed throughout the sponge, which is effective for yeast immobilization. At 48 h of the fermentation, the maximum ethanol concentration produced by the immobilized culture (IC) in the BCA carrier was about 100 g/L, which was approximately 13% and 45% higher than that from the suspended culture (SC) and from IC in Ca-alginate matrix, respectively. Repeated-batch ethanol productions using IC in BCA carriers were also more stable than those using SC or IC in Ca-alginate matrix. The results of a 15 cycle repeated batch operation demonstrated that the system with IC in BCA exhibited superior long-term stability for ethanol fermentation with the average ethanol productivity at 1.9 g/L h and the immobilized yield at 86%. The improved ethanol fermentation performance was mainly due to the water uptake ability and properly interconnected pore structure, which help to overcome limiting mass transfer.  相似文献
